The International Committee of the Red Cross provides food assistance to the population of Nagorno-Karabakh/Artsakh.

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) reported that despite a ceasefire being in place since 20 September, the humanitarian situation in the region remains tense. The ICRC has delivered a consignment of medicines and wheat flour through the Lachin Corridor. It is in dialogue with the parties to facilitate further deliveries. The donations also included diesel fuel, nappies, warm blankets, and so on.
